Melanie Conway is the Founder and CEO of MIND DEMONS, a platform created to bring light, education and deep understanding to mental health issues.
For Melanie, MIND DEMONS is not just a business — it is a deeply personal mission. “Having personally navigated the heavy weight and isolation of mental health struggles, I understand firsthand how overwhelming the inner battle can be. It was out of this lived experience, and a desire to ensure no one else feels alone in the dark, that MIND DEMONS was born.”
As a lived-experience advocate, Melanie balances raw empathy with a clear mission: to break down stigmas, provide accessible education and create a compassionate community where people can openly talk about their “demons” — transforming the conversation from silence into collective healing and strength.
